Corporate Law

What is Corporate Law?

Company law is a branch of law that regulates legal transactions and activities in the commercial areas in which businesses operate. This branch of law covers the processes from the establishment of companies to their closure, regulating the organization, management, stock structure and relations between partners of companies. It also determines the responsibilities and rights of companies.

Corporate law has existed to help companies grow smoothly from their inception. It can be clearly observed that companies that dominate this branch of law, which regulates the establishment of the company, the formation and management of company bodies, and the responsibilities and rights of companies against third parties and the state, make a difference in their sectors.
