What is the Law of Obligations?
Law of Obligations is a branch of law that regulates debt relations between individuals and determines the boundaries of these debt relations. The law of obligations examines the debt relations arising from the contract and tortious act.
The law of obligations regulates the establishment of the above-mentioned debt relationships, the provisions and types of the relationship, and the termination of these debt relationships.
