What is the Protection of Personal Data?
The purpose of this branch of law, which came into our lives with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 dated 24.03.2016, is to process the personal information of individuals in an orderly manner and to prevent the violation of personal information and rights without the consent of the individual.
What are we doing?
We are working to determine the responsibilities of client companies regarding the personal data they process. We provide them with training on how to process the data, and prepare the necessary consent documents and contracts. At the same time, we conduct audits of companies in this process.
