What is Enforcement Law
Enforcement law is a branch of law that legal persons or natural persons can apply to collect their receivables. Thanks to the enforcement law, individuals can obtain their receivables by following a legal path against their creditors. Enforcement law protects the rights of the debtor as well as the creditor. Enforcement law plays an important role in the State's prohibition of self-righteousness and, as a result of the rule of law, the state's protection of the receivables of individuals.
Enforcement law covers enforcement proceedings, existence of debt relationship, foreclosure ways, debt objection ways, sale of sequestered goods, cases regarding cancellation of proceedings, bankruptcy and concordat.
